Cormac Mohan
Cormac heads the Dublin based firm’s Insolvency and Corporate recovery team – a Qualified accountant who holds a Diploma in Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring from the Law Society of Ireland. He is a member of the Insolvency – Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies of Ireland (CCABI) . He has represented a number of clients with a track record over the last 15 years in preparing Independent expert reports on behalf of Directors for the courts in the Examinership process across a range of sectors.
He specialises in Corporate Finance & debt restructuring, examinerships and Liquidations both Creditors and Members . He has a proven track record in Accounting , Corporate Finance & Business turnaround in a tax efficient , Restructuring across a range of sectors over the last 20 years.
Cormac previously worked for the Coca Cola Company and Microsoft at both local and international level for over 10 years setting up operations and restructuring as Financial Controller for Coca Cola in Norway, Finland, Denmark and Switzerland during the early ’90s.
Cormac is a certified and practising member of the Mediatiors’ Institute of Ireland He is a former President of CPA Ireland , the Irish based international focused Accountancy Body

Des Barnes
Des is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, having qualified at the age of 21. Des joined the firm in 2013 and is the Practice Manager.
His areas of expertise include Business & Tax advisory services, cash flow forecasting, Balance sheet solvency review for Liquidations and supporting independent business reviews and analysis. Des has over 20 years’ experience in these service areas.
Des’s focus also includes statement of affairs, risk management systems selection & implementation, business refinancing and corporate recovery together with developing funding proposals for clients with Enterprise Ireland and other such agencies.
His sectorial expertise includes the retail, food & beverage and energy industries especially in the owner-managed, privately held sector. He has significant experience in streamlining client reporting and software accounting systems.

Dorota Lynch
She holds IPASS qualification and is currently studying towards her Professional Accounting Qualification with ACCA qualification.
Her areas of experience include: Payroll, Taxation and Revenue Compliance. Supporting on ODCE reporting.
Dorota manages the firm’s Payroll Department and ensures that client needs and expectations are served by producing timely, cost efficient reporting mechanisms to ensure full compliance with legislation assisting on liquidations and corporate restructuring assignments.

Lindiwe Majawa
Lindiwe is the Office Administrator and Trainee Accountant. She is responsible in making sure the office runs smoothly by frequently interacting with clients, arranging and co-ordinating client creditor and member’s voluntary liquidation meetings, ensuring client’s needs are met and assisting in any ad-hoc client requirements.
